Integrated Mathematics is a student-run organization based in the United States with organizers in multiple states. For questions about your information, contact info@integratedmath.org.
Information used by the website
- Email updates: your email address and your choice to receive updates.
- Contact: the email address, name or organization, and message you provide. Please include only information needed to answer your question.
- Contest accounts: your email address, display name, and authentication information. Legacy team settings also store team names and roster names and ages entered by the account holder.
- Contest participation: answers, uploaded proofs and scratch work, scores, feedback, timestamps, and security events such as fullscreen exits. These help organizers run, grade, and review the competition.
- Diagnostics: contest experience, answers, timing, and an estimated skill profile, linked to a random browser identifier. Diagnostic responses and results are stored on the server; a cookie lets this browser access them.
- Service operation: hosting and service providers may process request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure their services.
How information is used
Information is used to provide requested updates or support, authenticate accounts, operate competitions, save work, grade submissions, review contest integrity, and provide diagnostic results. Email updates require a separate opt-in. Contact and contest information are not an opt-in for marketing.
Providers and links
Formspree processes submitted contact and email-update forms. Supabase provides authentication, database services, and uploaded-file storage. The deployed website uses Vercel for hosting. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Sponsor and registration links take you to other websites; those websites have their own privacy practices.
The website does not load advertising tools or optional visitor analytics. Fonts, sponsor logos, and the archive map are served from this website. See the cookies and storage notice for account and diagnostic storage.
Submissions and published results
Contest organizers use submitted work for grading and integrity review. The public archive includes competitors’ names and placements. Contact IMT before participating if you have a question about attribution or publication of results. Please avoid putting unrelated personal information in uploaded work.
Retention and requests
Contact info@integratedmath.org to unsubscribe, request access or correction, or ask for deletion of your information. Include the account email or relevant diagnostic session link so organizers can locate the record; do not send your password. Organizers may need to verify the request and consider contest review obligations before removing records. Clearing browser storage does not delete server records.
Younger participants
A parent or guardian should contact info@integratedmath.org before a child under 13 creates an account, submits personal information, or starts a diagnostic. Please contact us to discuss participation and any required parental notice or consent.
